Before you go clicking buttons, let me tell you that the listings you will find are from the Denver MLS (Multiple Listing Service), but, technically, you won’t actually be searching the Denver MLS. Instead, you’ll be searching the IDX (Internet Data Exchange). The listings there come from the Denver MLS, but you don’t see them in “real time.” The Denver MLS feeds and updates the IDX every day, but there might be some changes that are not yet reflected in what you get, and something that is brand new might not appear. If you see something that interests you, just let me know and I’ll check the current status for you. As of the moment they were fed from the Denver MLS, all the listings were active, but, again, that might have changed by the time you get the list.
I’m giving you a couple of search options here. You can search “all” this listings, or you can search the listings held by my company, Equity Colorado. Just choose the appropriate button. Just so you’ll know, when you click either of the buttons below, you will be jumping over to my facebook business page. That’s where the search function resides.
